First In-Person Executive Offsite Concludes in Albania

Phat Balls Inc. concluded its first in-person Executive Offsite in Albania, bringing the full Executive Committee together physically for the first time after several years of online-hybrid year-end functions.
Phat Balls Inc. concluded its first in-person Executive Offsite in Albania, held across Tirana and Korçë from 16 to 21 December 2025.
The gathering marked the first occasion on which the full Executive Committee was able to convene physically following several years of online-hybrid year-end functions. The programme combined executive governance, divisional reporting and strategic discussion with the less formal elements that have become embedded in PBI’s internal culture.
The week included a Secret Santa exchange, a pub crawl, a visit to Bunk’Art 2 in Tirana, a brewery visit in Korçë, and a series of group dinners whose catering profile was notably weighted toward meat.

The formal year-end conference was held in Korçë on 20 December 2025. The session included divisional reporting, the annual executive performance review and the PBI Pub Quiz, which remains one of the company’s longest-standing internal traditions.
The Pub Quiz is compiled annually by the Business Development function and serves as a combination of historical exercise, competitive assessment and selective institutional memory.
The offsite also saw the first issue of PBI executive business cards, providing the group with its first tangible public-facing identity and a more credible basis for unsolicited networking.
Beyond the formal programme, the week provided the Executive Committee with its first opportunity to test long-standing digital working relationships in a fully physical setting.
The resulting format proved workable and established the Albania offsite as the reference point for future in-person year-end planning.
Local Press Coverage
During the Albania Executive Offsite, four members of the Executive Committee appeared in Albanian print media as part of a December Christmas feature.
The appearance was unrelated to PBI’s formal programme, but nevertheless represents the company’s earliest known instance of executive imagery reaching independent print publication during an offsite.
No prior media strategy had been established.
The offsite established a practical model for future in-person year-end functions and marked the point at which several long-running PBI traditions moved fully beyond the digital environment.
