This website does not operate an online enquiry form and does not collect personal information through submission. Standard technical information may be processed by the hosting provider for the purpose of serving the site securely.
Email correspondence
Where you write to a published address, your message and contact details are retained for the purpose of responding and maintaining the corporate record. Correspondence is reviewed by the relevant executive position.
Use of information
Information received is used only to respond to the matter raised. It is not sold, and it is not shared outside the group other than where required to respond to your enquiry or to meet a legal obligation.
Retention
Correspondence forming part of the corporate record is retained by the Chief Operating Officer. Records prior to the formalisation of governance are incomplete and are not reconstructed.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information the group holds about you by writing to the general enquiries address.
