Role and background
Devan Sequeira serves as Chief Executive Officer of Phat Balls Inc., providing overall direction across the group’s investment interests, strategic initiatives and Executive Committee.
He retains final approval over capital deployment, major corporate decisions and matters where consensus has produced insufficient clarity. His leadership approach prioritises flexibility, long-term alignment and the preservation of optionality as new opportunities emerge.
Devan also oversees the relationship between formal decision-making and the less structured conversations from which many PBI initiatives originate. Periods of temporary executive unavailability are managed through the company’s established continuity framework.
