Role and background
Brandon Bews serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of Phat Balls Inc., overseeing executive performance, company culture, conduct review and organisational alignment.
He maintains PBI’s annual performance-review framework, facilitates peer evaluation and ensures that behavioural findings are translated into proportionate corrective measures. His approach combines structured process, open cross-examination and the occasional use of financially meaningful consequences.
Brandon also supports executive engagement, internal communications and cultural continuity across the group. He remains a recognised relationship outlier within the Executive Committee, a position currently assessed as operationally independent rather than structurally concerning.
